Counsel at Stites & Harbison and Fredrikson & Byron on Tuesday removed a trade secret lawsuit against Traffic Tech Inc. and Nickolas Dugger to Ohio Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Dinsmore & Shohl on behalf of Total Quality Logistics, accuses Dugger of misappropriating confidential information and violating his non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. The case is 1:21-cv-00714, Total Quality Logistics LLC v. Traffic Tech Inc. et al.
