McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter filed a lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court on behalf of Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America as assignee and subrogee of TechGuard Security. The complaint accuses a former TechGuard employee of collecting wages based on fraudulent wage-and-hour time sheets. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-01755, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America v. Ross.
