Travelers, a New York-based insurance company, as subrogee of Choate Construction Company sued Horizon LLC Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, over an explosion arising from an alleged 'bleed' to a gas line, was brought by Mozley Finlayson & Loggins. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00394, Travelers Property Casualty Company of America v. Horizon, LLC.
