Sanders Law Group filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court against AIX Tin Tin LLC, owner of the Facebook account @nickswestsideatl. The suit pursues claims on behalf of photographer Nico Trinkhaus, who claims that his image was posted by the defendant's account without authorization to promote a Portugal-themed dinner. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00578, Trinkhaus v. AIX Tin Tin, LLC.
