General Motors was hit with a product liability lawsuit Friday in Georgia Southern District Court. The court action was filed by Harris Lowry Manton and the Royal Law Firm on behalf of Jamie Finch and Daron Tuten. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00086, Tuten et al v. General Motors LLC.
