New Suit - Real Property

The Department of Transportation for the State of Georgia filed a lawsuit on Oct. 26 in Georgia Superior Court for Cherokee County seeking certain easement rights for the construction and maintenance of a section of highway. The suit names Publix Supermarkets, Subway, First Horizon Bank, Wells Fargo and other companies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23CVE2029, Department Of Transportation V 0.119 Acres Of Land Et Al.
