Car rental agency Hertz was hit with a personal injury lawsuit on July 26 in Georgia Superior Court for DeKalb County. The court action was brought by Barnwell Law Group on behalf of a customer who alleges she and her grandchildren were sickened by an illicit substance left in a rental vehicle. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23CV6769, Janet Rodriguez Et Al Vs The Hertz Corporation.
