AF Electrical Contractors and Liberty Mutual were sued on Dec. 14 in Georgia Superior Court for Fulton County. The suit, brought by A. Spencer McManes Jr. PC on behalf of an AF Electrical employee, appeals the denial of the plaintiff's workers comp claim. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
