The University of Georgia filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against The Seven Six LLC and Chase Kelley on Thursday in Georgia Middle District Court. The suit, brought by King & Spalding, accuses the defendants of selling unauthorized UGA apparel and merchandise. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00119, University of Georgia Athletic Association Inc. v. The Seven Six LLC et al.
