The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Eureka Stone Quarry and James D. Morrissey Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action was filed on behalf of Harold Powell, who alleges race-based employment discrimination and retaliation. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants.
