Lawyers at Hall Booth Smith on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Platinum Express and Tierre Jamel Mosley and to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Wendell Usher Jr. The case is 1:22-cv-00898, Usher v. Platinum Express, Inc. et al.
