New Suit - Securities

Activision Blizzard, the publisher of video games such as 'World of Warcraft' and 'Call of Duty,' and several current and former officers and directors were slapped with a shareholder derivative lawsuit Monday in California Central District Court related to allegations of rampant sexual and racial harassment. The suit, brought by Johnson Fistel LLP, contends that Activision fostered a 'frat house workplace culture,' misrepresented its commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives and kept shareholders in the dark regarding various government investigations into violations of state and federal law. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-08968, v. Kotick et al.
