Counsel at Herzfeld & Rubin on Monday removed a class action against Volkswagen Group of America to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, which alleges that certain 2012-2017 Audi vehicles were equipped with defective 2.0-liter turbocharged engines, was filed by Berger Montague, Capstone Law and Ladah Law Firm. The case is 3:21-cv-15026, v. Volkswagen Group Of America Inc.
