Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Gerson & Schwartz on behalf of Margaret Vaughn. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-23468, Vaughn v. Carnival Corporation.
