Duane Morris filed an ERISA lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Verizon in relation to benefits that were allegedly mistakenly paid to the defendants. The suit pursues claims against John R. Brajevich, Margaret Brajevich and Pershing LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-16894, Verizon Employee Benefits Committee v. Brajevich et al.
