Counsel at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Thursday removed a lawsuit against the City of Roswell to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Webb, Klase & Lemond on behalf of sign maker Victory Media Group, which challenges the city's rejection of multiple applications for permits to post signs on behalf of various clients.
