Smith, Gambrell & Russell filed a trademark lawsuit Thursday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of VyStar Credit Union. The complaint seeks declaratory judgment that VyStar's 'Do Good. Bank Better' mark does not infringe on Achieva Credit Union's 'Banking for Good' mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-01006, Vystar Credit Union v. Achieva Credit Union.
