Counsel at Jenner & Block on Wednesday removed a data privacy class action against Facebook parent company Meta Platforms to California Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman and other plaintiff firms, accuses the defendant of violating the federal Video Privacy Protection Act by disclosing its digital subscribers’ personally identifiable information without the proper consent.
