Attorneys at Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein removed a product liability lawsuit against the ESAB Group, Amazon.com and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on Friday. The complaint, which arises from personal injuries allegedly caused by a faulty blowtorch, was filed by Rosenbaum & Associates on behalf of Brian Walsh and Kathryn Walsh. The case is 2:22-cv-01055, Walsh et al v. Torch, Inc. et al.
