Stephen J. Barrett of Wilson Elser has entered an appearance for Park Avenue Medical Spa in a pending copyright lawsuit. The suit, filed June 20 in New York Southern District Court by Higbee & Associates on behalf of photographer Tamara Williams, accuses the defendant of the unauthorized display of the plaintiff's photographs on its social media page. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Philip M. Halpern, is 1:24-cv-04714, Wareka v. Park Avenue Medical Spa Anti-Aging Rejuvination Therapies, Inc. et al.
