Lawyers at Jackson Lewis on Monday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Legare, Attwood & Wolfe on behalf of a former safety operational officer, who contends that he was wrongfully terminated after he substantiated safety issues with a Georgia Department of Transportation investigator. The case is 1:22-cv-04438, Warfield v. Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority.
