Cargill was hit with a lawsuit Thursday in West Virginia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Haslam Law Firm on behalf of Westfield Insurance. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:21-cv-00145, Westfield Insurance Company v. Cargill, Incorporated.
