Jackson Lewis filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of WestRock Services. The suit, which pursues claims against a former employee at the senior vice president of sales level, seeks a declaration that the forum selection and choice of law clauses within a restrictive covenant agreement are enforceable. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01501, WestRock Services, LLC v. Roberts.
