Lawyers at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Monday removed an employment lawsuit against Georgia-Pacific Corrugated LLC to California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by the Law Office of Arcolina Panto on behalf of George Williams, who contends that he was unlawfully terminated while on leave due to symptoms of COVID-19. The case is 3:21-cv-07323, Williams v. Georgia-Pacific Corrugated LLC.
