ViacomCBS and Kenneth Moldovan were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The lawsuit was brought by Joseph Wilson Injury Lawyers and The J.L. Law Group on behalf of Norita Williams. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04036, Williams v. Viacomcbs, Inc. et al.
