Attorneys at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial on Thursday removed a lawsuit against CRST Expedited Inc. and Drew Alexander Harris to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Lamar Law Office on behalf of Wayne Wimberly. The case is 1:22-cv-01548, Wimberly v. Harris et al.
