Attorneys at the Nicolson Law Group on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Home Depot and Electrolux Home Products Inc. to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The complaint, over property damage arising from an allegedly faulty top-freezer refrigerator, was filed by Aaron & Prince on behalf of Windsor-Mount Joy Mutual Ins. Co., as subrogee of Cynthia Duffy. The case is 3:22-cv-00477, Windsor-Mount Joy Mutual Ins. Co. a/s/o Cynthia Duffy v. Electrolux Home Products, Inc. et al.
