Baker & Hostetler partners Kevin P. Flynn, Douglas A. Grady and Andrew E. Samuels have stepped in as defense counsel to dating site Eharmony in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The case, which pertains to location-based discovery of network members, was filed April 13 in Delaware District Court by The Chong Law Firm and Ramey & Schwaller on behalf of Wireless Discovery LLC. The case is 1:22-cv-00480, Wireless Discovery LLC v. Eharmony, Inc.
