New Suit - Prop 65

Chewy, an online pet food and pet products seller, was sued on July 3 in California Superior Court for San Francisco County over alleged violations of California's Proposition 65. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is CGC-24-616123, Gabriel Espinoza Vs. Chewy, Inc.
