Simon Property Group LP, CBRE Group and Schindler Elevator Corp. were hit with a personal injury lawsuit on Oct. 4 in Georgia Superior Court for Cobb County. The lawsuit was filed by Arkin Law and JMeyers Group on behalf of Royal Carolyn. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23107746, Royal Carolyn v Simon Property Group LP.
