Conifer Revenue Cycle Solutions, a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, was hit with a class action on Oct. 6 in Washington Superior Court for King County over alleged violations of the state's Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. The suit, filed by Emery | Reddy PLLC on behalf of recent job applicants, accuses Conifer of failing to disclose a salary range and a description of benefits in every job posting as required by the law.
