Lawyers at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp on Monday removed a lawsuit against Fox News to California Central District Court. The complaint was filed by attorney Victor L. George on behalf of former Fox Los Angeles bureau chief Elka Worner, who claims gender and age-based employment discrimination and wrongful termination. The case is 2:22-cv-00658, Worner v. Fox News Network, LLC.
