Global Lending Services LLC was hit with a consumer class action on Sept. 11 in West Virginia Circuit Court for Fayette County. The suit, brought by Klein & Sheridan, arises from allegedly unlawful 'pay-to-pay' fees charged on auto-loan payments in violation of the the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is CC-10-2024-C-106, Ingalls v Global Lending Services LLC.
