Taylor English Duma filed a trademark and trade dress infringement lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Your CBD Stores Franchising and Sunflora Inc. The suit targets NaturOil Georgia and Jeffrey Yabuki for allegedly continuing to use the plaintiffs' marks, signage and logos beyond the termination of franchise agreements.
