As of Feb. 1, McDermott Will & Emery will operate under an exclusive "strategic alliance" with a new Chinese firm called MWE China Law Office, formed by two prominent Chinese lawyers who recently left Shanghai's Allbright Law Group. John Huang and Kevin Qian will be followed by about 25 more Allbright lawyers.
