PGA Media Fight Set to Tee Off at 11th Circuit
Newspaper publisher Morris Communications Corp. and PGA Tour Inc. are set to tee off before the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. At issue is Morris' claim that the tour violated antitrust laws by making newspapers agree to delay publishing real-time scores obtained from the tour's press center.
