On the last day of his sabbatical from Shook, Hardy & Bacon this summer, Jim Muehlberger found a 137-year-old lawsuit against two of America's most notorious outlaws, Frank and Jesse James, by a man who claimed the brothers stole his horse after a bank robbery.
