The players are lined up and ready for action in the Federal Trade Commission's monopolization lawsuit against Intel Corp. Administrative Law Judge D. Michael Chappell issued a scheduling order, published Tuesday, setting a trial date of Sept. 15, 2010 -- and listing lawyers working on the case.
