Jurors in Arthur Andersen's obstruction of justice trial for its role in destroying Enron documents heard opening arguments Tuesday from Andersen's attorney Russell "Rusty" Hardin Jr., who said the government embarked on a "rush to judgment" in indicting the company. The Houston jury of nine men and seven women, including four alternates, will decide the case, which is expected to end by May 29.
