Laster Upholds Court's Jurisdiction in LLC Control Dispute
A defendants' motion to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the removal of a Delaware limited liability company's sole managing member because the Delaware Court of Chancery did not retain jurisdiction was denied by the court. Vice Chancellor J.
