Auto parts giant Visteon announced Wednesday the $3.6 billion sale of a 70 percent stake in Halla Visteon Climate Control Corp., a South Korean maker of air conditioning and heating systems for vehicles, to Hankook Tire and Korean private equity firm Hahn & Co.
