Dechert is set to open next month a Dublin office that will be initially driven by the firm's financial services practice. Word of a possible Ireland office began circulating last year, but Ireland's notice provisions, or "garden leave" policies, required William Fry partner Declan O'Sullivan to take some time off before joining another firm. He became a Dechert partner and head of the firm's Dublin presence as of June 1.
