Cooley, Lankler Siffert, and Richards Kibbe Now Involved in Dewey Probe

Dewey & LeBoeuf has hired Frank Wohl, a former federal prosecutor and name partner at New York's Lankler Siffert & Wohl, to represent it in a criminal probe of its former chairman Steven Davis. Joel Sanders, Dewey's chief financial officer, has retained William Schwartz, the white-collar and regulatory defense chair at Cooley, to represent him in the investigation, which is being conducted by the Manhattan DA's office.
