Baker Donelson to Merge With Baltimore's Ober Kaler
Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, a full-service Am Law 200 firm headquartered in Memphis, has agreed to merge with Baltimore-based Ober Kaler on Jan. 1, 2017.
