Ex-Proskauer CFO Zeroes In on Cancer As Cause of Firing
Elly Rosenthal, who worked in Proskauer Rose's finance department for more than 18 years, sued her former employer for $10 million after being terminated in March 2011, claiming she was the subject of age, gender, and disability discrimination.
