Akerman Securities Lawyers Lured to Holland & Knight

Holland & Knight announced Monday that it has lured away the chair of Akerman Senterfitt's securities practice and two other Akerman shareholders who focus on securities, mergers and acquisitions and international corporate transactions. The move represents the latest round of defections from Akerman's corporate and securities practices, following departures of six lawyers from that group since 2005.
