California's Commission on Judicial Performance has filed misconduct charges against a Superior Court judge who told potential jurors to conceal or lie about racial bias they might harbor. Judge Joseph O'Flaherty was charged with willful misconduct, conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, and improper action.
