They go so far as to charge that financial fraud and chicanery are rampant on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. That's why it's a little bit funny that these lawyers are heavily invested in the very companies they have sued. Increasingly, instead of taking cash for their fees, class action lawyers are accepting stock as payment.
