Thelen Departures Cloud Prospects for Possible Merger Partner
Last week's departure of yet another name partner from Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner is the latest in a string of exits. Since April, at least 17 partners have left. Florida Investment Firm Says It Was Cheated at Auction
A Boca Raton, Fla.-based investment group has filed suit claiming it lost the bidding to purchase a profitable South Carolina steel mill in a bankruptcy auction last year due to a conspiracy between the winning bidder and the creditors' committee.
