Cautious Akerman Senterfitt Loses Partner to Gore Recount Effort
Mark Herron, a partner with Akerman Senterfitt and former chairman of the Florida Ethics Commission, left the Miami-based firm to help Al Gore with his ballot recount efforts. Herron left on his own accord, said chairman Charlie Schuette.
